BeA Fastening Systems Limited

BeA Fastening Systems Limited will be showcasing their Dynamik range of gas fuelled nailing systems, including the launch of their brand new, lightweight concrete and steel gas nailer - the CN60, at the massive Interbuild Preview this October.

Weighing in at only 3.7kg, the ingenious CN60 can fire pins of 15 to 60mm in length, at a speedy two to three shots per second. A high precision metering valve with simple click-on mechanism promotes lower fuel consumption and more shots, hence more nails, and not only that, the nailer boasts more than 1000 shots from a single fuel cell, or a huge 6000 shots from a charged battery!

The CN60 concrete and steel gas nailer is constructed to perform under extreme temperatures of below 0°C, and the fully synthetic oil within the fuel creates constant parts lubrication and therefore no piston jamming – there’s just no stopping it!

Specially cleaned Propane / Butane aids non-stop working and less maintenance, and with advanced electric ignition plus an added quick release magnetic nose, the CN60 is like its maker, one step ahead of the game.

Also on display at the Interbuild Preview will be the recently launched Dynamik ‘Short’ (D90S). Based around the existing D90 tool, meaning the same range of nail lengths and finishes can be used in both tools, the nailer is precision designed for strength and reliability with added maneouvrability.

With a shooting rate of two to three shots per second, and a superior cooling system, the D90S can fire for longer - meaning less tool downtime. The tool boasts a depth adjustment of 10 to 12mm, improved battery grip and an overall 10% increase in power - all key factors in the rugged world of construction. The D90S offers a number of enhancements to its performance all of which will soon be available in the new ‘Long Magazine’ version - the D90L.

All Dynamik nail gun tools accept the BeA 40g fuel cell which is recognised as offering superior performance and benefits, such as an unlimited shelf life, a cleaner burning system, a precise gas dispensing valve, and a synthetic oil based fuel system. A further breath of fresh air is there are no strong odours when firing the tool!

All BeA Fuel Cells are kind to the environment, boasting they are totally ‘Green Point’ CFC free, they use a non polluting fuel propellant and can be recycled or disposed of in normal waste collection. Then, simply reload another…

Further products on display at the exhibition will be BeA Fastening Systems’ popular range of gas fuelled nail packs, brad packs and steel pins packs, all of which are compatible with other popular brands of gas powered tools.

So, get yourself down to the Interbuild 2007 Preview at the Birmingham NEC between 28 October and 1 November, and meet the BeA force for yourself. The lovely Laura will be waiting to nail you down!
