 | | CENTURION LAUNCHES FULL-SERVICE FM DIVISION | | | Centurion Europe | | 11/09/2007 | | | A new full-service property and facilities management service has been introduced by Centurion, which not only provides traditional FM services, but can help clients source, acquire and manage properties.
The company has considerable experience in the commercial property and FM fields and already operates Ajay Business Centres in West London, so formally moving into the full-service FM market is a natural development for the company.
“We specialise in delivering complete property solutions to clients by working with them to understand their accommodation resource needs, both now and in the future,” comments Ajay Nehra, managing director of Centurion FM. “We’ll then take responsibility for all location, budgetary and maintenance functions, thus allowing clients to focus all of their resources on what they do best – running their core business.
“Unlike other FM providers, which just focus on providing support services, we’ll work with clients to purchase freehold or leasehold properties and operate them in a way that provides clients with total flexibility. We also offer a property management service which can assist those clients which may wish to rent out part of their property portfolio.
“Our FM division specialises in helping clients to become more environmentally friendly and will work with them and suppliers to find the best ways to reduce the carbon footprint of their buildings. With an increasing number of organisations, both large and small, looking to outsource the total management of their properties our new services are ideally placed to help them reduce costs, energy, time and resources while at the same time passing efficiency gains back into the business.” | |
