The software provides not only detailed welding procedure specifications (WPS) but also complete welding cost calculation as well as an elaborate welder qualification management.
Fast software instead of tedious research
The preparation of standard-compliant welding procedure specifications, technically unambiguous quotations and all necessary order documents is sometimes hard to manage. Over 1,450 scalable weld joint drawings considerably simplify the job and save a substantial amount of time. Thus, a clear and precise WPS is generated which can be retrieved or modified anytime.
Welding cost and welder qualification
The expected welding cost for different processes, working conditions and machines is evaluated by the software’s “welding cost calculation” feature. Depending on the WPS, cost is based on time frame or weld joint length. All relevant data on welder staff is provided by the welder qualification feature, thus facilitating the planning of assignments. This feature also informs you if one of your welders needs a prolongation of his or her welding qualification test.
