 | | GROWTH AT GREEN-TECH
13TH AUGUST 2007 | | | Green-tech Ltd | | 21/08/2007 | | | With a range of over 1500 products and the aim of 50% of products from environmental or sustainable sources by 2011, Green-Tech has well and truly announced their credentials.
Founded in 1994 by Richard and Rachel Kay the company has grown from strength to strength. The team has recently grown with additional technical sales staff and a marketing manager to help develop and focus their commercial strategies.
“I’m looking forward to the challenge of a small, but growing, fast-moving company” says Romella Jones, their new marketing manager. “The company has an amazing ethos and has successfully developed and marketed a range of topsoils manufactured from otherwise waste materials and won a prize for best environmental products from the National Recycling Awards! My role will be to build on the success so far, developing successful marketing strategies and communication campaigns for all the Green-tech brands and product offerings.”
Always with an eye on the market means that with the growing popularity of greenroofs, a soil has been developed, offering a lightweight, fertile solution with excellent water retention capabilities.
Additional products new to the offering include a range of high quality recycled plastic furniture, ground reinforcement solutions (also from recycled material) and sedum matting for greenroofs. | |
