The company completely understands the importance of this major influencer in its route to market and is therefore launching a number of initiatives to support UK plumbers.
GROHE Active, introduced this summer, is an uncomplicated loyalty scheme, designed to provide installers with the means to make additional profit – the more GROHE they buy, the more points they earn which can then be exchanged for free of charge GROHE products. These can then be sold on at the full retail value to their customers enabling them to potentially improve their cash margin by up to an impressive 20%. GROHE will organise delivery by courier anywhere in the UK.
The GROHE Active programme has its own dedicated website and as well as points earned for products purchased, installers can access periodic additional exclusive offers. Other benefits include a free 90 day listing on the GROHE consumer website, this often being the first point of call for consumers looking to buy taps and shower fittings. This listing will be continuously extended as long as the installer keeps his or her membership live. GROHE Active members also receive priority assistance for technical support, spare parts and literature and should they introduce a new member, they will receive a bonus allocation of 500 extra points.
Installers are busy people so GROHE Active has been designed to be quick and simple. Proof of purchase is all that is required. GROHE provide a membership card, printed claim forms and the dedicated website allows installers to check their points balance and any additional special offers.
