Galliford Try Homes’ regional homebuilder in the South West, Midas Homes is launching its striking new Tides Reach development to the general public on 17th August.
Located on the east bank of the River Camel, just 250 metres from Wadebridge town centre, Tides Reach will comprise 14 luxurious two bedroom apartments with contemporary glass balustrades and natural slate roofing.
Wayne Bennett, Associate Sales & Marketing Director for Midas Homes, comments: “The apartments are going to be beautiful with stunning views over the River Camel. They will be built to a high specification and will feature contemporary fixtures and fittings.”
“We have received a huge amount of interest in Tides Reach already and we are expecting the launch to be incredibly popular. Those interested should make sure they attend the launch to avoid disappointment.”
Prices will start from ££336,950 for a two bedroom apartment.
Tides Reach will take the form of two separate blocks of accommodation with an open landscape space in the middle and the design by award-winning architects, Harrison Sutton Partnership, will be imaginative and of a very high quality. Care will be been taken to ensure the apartments are both light and spacious and maximise the open views by the use of balconies and fully opening concertina windows.
The top floor properties will feature beautiful open vaulted ceilings and 12 of the 14 apartments will be serviced by a lift which will provide access to the undercroft parking.
At the launch, potential purchasers will be able to view the plans, price list and brochure and reserve off plan. Plus, pre-registered purchasers will receive free legals on reservations (excluding stamp duty and disbursements, when using Midas Homes’ preferred solicitor) at the event. | |
