Hilti has launched the PMC36 combilaser, the first product in the market to combine line and point lasers so a single person can complete a whole range of alignment and setting-out tasks quickly and efficiently.

Featuring five visible laser points and horizontal and vertical laser reference lines, the PMC36 is designed for levelling, aligning, checking plumbs and transferring points. The combilaser will be of particular use in the drywall, electrical, plumbing and heating trades.

The product features several attachment points which allows it to be mounted in all positions for the most demanding jobs. Several optional extras are available including the PMA30 laser receiver which improves laser visibility up to 30 metres.

“The product is a spirit level, plumb bob and chalk line all in one,” said Derek Gow, Head of Building Services for Hilti. “One of the most labour intensive and least cost-effective parts of any job is the alignment and setting-out processes, the PMC36 reduces these significantly.”

The product is backed by Hilti’s Lifetime Service after-market guarantee which includes a complete two-year no cost period, a Lifetime Repair Cost Limit and a Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty. A Calibration Service ensures the product is compliant with all specifications.
