This accreditation goes beyond simply being able to provide standard training and support services and encompasses the reseller's ability to understand the customer's business needs, and deliver implementation and customisation services to maximise the customer's return on investment.
Autodesk Premier Solutions Providers (PSP) represent the top tier of the Autodesk Value Added Reseller (VAR) channel, and excel at implementing Autodesk solutions. To qualify for Autodesk PSP status, Excitech has demonstrated technical and industry expertise—including a strong knowledge of customers' business needs. Each qualified PSP has demonstrated the ability to meet rigorous sales, personnel, and customer service goals with dedicated staff to provide their customers with full solutions from pre- and post-sales support, to training, implementation, and customisation.
To facilitate high level support issues and help customers plan for the future utilisation of Autodesk software, PSP's enjoy a close direct support relationship with Autodesk.
