 | | ACOUSTIC SOLUTIONS FROM ENVIRON TECHNOLOGIES | | | Environ Technologies Ltd | | 04/10/2006 | | | Environ Technologies Ltd, has launched a range of patented, acoustic enclosure systems, developed to overcome the problems associated with noise pollution generated by mechanical equipment, such as air conditioning units, condensing units, compressors, beer chillers, heat pumps and power generators. The products offer proven solutions for OEMs, distributors, contractors, end users and architects/specifiers seeking to eliminate noise pollution in a wide variety of applications.
The modular Environ system is available in a variety of sizes, allowing it to be tailored to meet specific applications, including new build installations and retrofit projects. The enclosures and all components have been designed, using the latest technology, to provide strength, durability, security, optimum airflow and excellent acoustic insulation characteristics.
Environ acoustic enclosures have been independently tested to satisfy the most stringent local authority requirements for noise levels and offer 'best practical means' of meeting noise regulations as part of the planning process.
The systems demonstrate significant advantages over other acoustic solutions; they are weatherproof to protect machinery from the elements; safe and secure against vandalism; 'visually quiet', aesthetically pleasing and provide greater freedom in plant positioning in high visibility sites.
The Environ range comprises three main product categories:
lite - designed for small, split air conditioning units and heat pumps. The system is supplied as a flat pack accessory for on site assembly and installation. The kit comprises just twelve components and is easily assembled.
modula - designed for larger air conditioning units, heat pumps and refrigeration condensing units. The system is supplied as a flat pack accessory for on site assembly and installation. The kit comprises just sixteen components and is easily assembled.
integra - designed for larger machinery and equipment, such as multiple air conditioning units and refrigeration plant. Typically, the enclosure is supplied preassembled for ease of plant installation. Alternatively, assembly and installation may be executed in-situ by Environ's engineering team.
