A new Consultancy for the research, design and production of decorative mouldings has been launched by Revival Decorative Mouldings. The company specialises in the design, supply and fix of superior fibrous plasterwork. It is well known for refurbishment and restoration work as well as the development of new modern designs.
Fibrous plaster is unique because it will adapt to any shape and can be used in an infinite number of ways to create applied decorations or three-dimensional forms for any horizontal or vertical surface. Revival will advise interior designers, architects and developers on cost effective designs. This may involve merging modern technology, such as Autocad, with traditional moulding and casting methods in order to turn fibrous plaster and glass reinforced gypsum (GRG) into stylish reliefs, which will complement modern architecture, design trends and contemporary materials. Other options include large bespoke mouldings, traditional or modern, such as domes, archways and other flamboyant features.
The dedicated Consultancy allows Revival to play a leading role in the original design process by trouble-shooting and advising clients on how to achieve the full potential of their designs, from initial concept, through the viability and design stages and into installation and completion.
