 | | ACCESSORISE WITH PLATINUM WHITE...... AND IMPROVE YOUR PROFIT | | | Crabtree | | 06/11/2006 | | | Crabtree, a leading manufacturer of high quality electrical accessories for close to 100 years, has introduced a new clip-on, screwless white finish to complement their very stylish and already extensive, low-profile Platinum range. This moulded finish is particularly useful when it is installed at second fix on new builds, as it can be easily and economically upgraded at a later date. It can also be fitted by electricians to simplify and allow more profitable future upgrades to their customers' installations.
Interior designers and end users can now give themselves flexibility when coordinating the final look with furniture and décor, or even conforming to the visibility requirements of PartM. This often happens, especially in kitchens and living space in new housing very late on in the project, and generally after electricians have left site. Builders and developers can benefit by initially supplying this option to their customers, enabling them to offer profitable upgrades to more decorative finishes at a low cost and minimum effort to themselves; simple replacement of the faceplate is all that is needed.
Another benefit of the new white moulded range is to make decoration much easier, as the front plate is simply clipped onto a clear plastic frame surrounding the interior. When the front plate is gently eased away, using a flat bladed screwdriver from the support frame, it can be stored away until decoration has been completed. Changing the finish is just as simple; just ease off the white moulded face plate and replace with the low profile, metal plate finish of your choice.
Other finishes that are available in the Platinum range include brass, chrome, satin chrome, and black nickel, with a wide selection of power, control and lighting accessories also available in screwless low profile. | |
