 | | >SIGMA< IS REBORN... | | | Rational UK | | 13/10/2006 | | | Since it was introduced, the sigma range has become one of >rational's< most successful kitchens ever. After careful analysis of current trends, >rational< is delighted to re-launch sigma, offering additional material and colour combinations and clearly positioning it alongside other high-profile lifestyle kitchens.
The contemporary design combines classic features with an ultra modern twist for a timeless kitchen. The range is now available in a broad spectrum of laminate; high-gloss, and micro lacquer finishes. To add another dimension to its outstanding success, sigma now comes in a number of dazzling new colours.
As shown in the picture overleaf the contrast of sigma's different materials add interesting texture to the kitchen's design. Portofino repro has been introduced to the sigma range to satisfy the trend towards lighter, gentler and subtler shades of wood, and looks stunning alongside the striking high gloss pistachio wall units.
The new combinations undoubtedly offer huge scope for design flexibility and consumer individuality.
Rational's attention to detail extends beyond the surface. The slender strip handles with an aluminium profile not only reflect form and function but also emphasise the clean horizontal lines of the design. The trend for translucent materials is also clearly reflected in this kitchen through the use of glass panels in the upper cabinets, and stunning interior lighting helps illuminate such features.
Functional as well as stunning, sigma clearly demonstrates stylish and ergonomically efficient storage solutions. Wall units and front panels fully open to reveal ample storage space, and feature internal fittings to ensure the contents are easily accessible and stored neatly; Soft | |
