 | | NEW PRODUCT DRIVE BRINGS FAMILIAR FACE BACK TO SIEGENIA |  | | SIEGENIA-AUBI Ltd | | 17/10/2006 | | | After a three-year absence, during which he took on a profile technician's role with a major systems company, Peter Irvine has returned to hardware and ventilation systems firm SIEGENIA-AUBI as a regional sales manager.
According to Peter, it was the draw of the innovative new products SIEGENIA has in the pipeline for this year that attracted him back to the Coventry firm, where he previously worked for three and a half years:
'The focus at SIEGENIA at the moment is very much on new product development,' he says. 'At the same time I heard talk in the industry about that, I was starting to feel ready for a new challenge.
'I've thoroughly enjoyed the last few years; I've learned a lot about a different area of the industry, experienced different organisational cultures and developed my skills. Now I know were my strengths are and what I most enjoy, I felt it was time to move to a more sales-focused role.'
'The team at SIEGENIA is very close-knit, everyone understands that they have a key part to play in the success of the business and everybody pulls together to get things done. It's a good place to be.'
Peter will be looking after SIEGENIA-AUBI hardware and ventilation customers in the south West of the country, and general manager LÉann Hearne is happy to welcome him back to the hardware sector:
'Peter's right, it's an exciting time for us and we're preparing for a very interesting year, starting with the launch of a new hardware product in may that represents a first for us in the UK window market.
'Initial feedback on that has been incredibly positive, we're all feeling very optimistic about the months ahead and I know Peter will make a valuable contribution to the success of this and our other products.' |  |
