THE ART OF LIGHT SEASON: CINEMATOGRAPHY
Fagerhult Lighting
04/12/2006
The second speaker in the Fagerhult 'Art of Light' season is the director and light cameraman David Knight who will be presenting at the Fagerhult Light Studio on the 25th of May.
David has developed his reputation working on international commercials, indents and comedy dramas, including The British Comedy Awards, Footballers Wives TV, Pop Idol and KFC, T-Mobile and Virgin Mega store Campaigns. In addition to his commercial experience he is a lecturer at the London Academy of Radio, Film and TV, and a regular guest lecture at numerous universities.
Combining his own approach to work with contemporary theory and classic examples David will take us through the principles of cinematography and explore and gain insight into the role of light in film.
