The new range of complementary products provide effective protection and cleaning solutions.
Sealers and cleaners are available for slate & granite, marble, travertine & limestone and porcelain wall and floor tiles. Additionally, the range includes grout protector and cleaner suitable for wall and floor application.
All the products are residue free and hygienic with a unique formula that is non-toxic and safe to use, ideal for use in a wide range of domestic, commercial and industrial settings. The products are water based ensuring that they are environmentally friendly.
Pilkington’s sealers both penetrate and are film forming to provide a colour enhancing, high lustre, hard and durable protective finish. They are designed to enhance and preserve the natural beauty of the full range of tile materials. The new range provides added resistance to effects such as salt, acids, alkalis, water, oil, ultra-violet, algae, fungal growth and abrasion, with a breathable membrane that allows internal moisture to evaporate. Pilkington’s range of sealers maintains the natural sheen of tiles, offering highly reliable effective protection.
Pilkington’s powerful cleaning products provide a gentle action that maintains tiles in their original condition, whilst offering a highly effective cleaning solution. The cleaners are designed to remove diverse common stains including grease, oil, ink, scuff marks, mud and general day to day grime. The cleaners can be used with either hard or soft water, and have anti-bacterial properties that make them the perfect hygienic solution for use in virtually any area.
In addition to tile sealers and cleaners, Pilkington’s also provide solutions for protection and cleaning of grout. The new grout protector helps prevent build ups of mold and mildew and minimises dirt and residue, providing a long lasting, colourless barrier against common stains. The new grout cleaner works quickly and efficiently to minimise dirt and residue, reducing the need for re-colouring and re-grouting.
