ARMOURCOAT JOINS NBS PLUS

Armourcoat are now part of the NBS building product specification system – NBS Plus. NBS (National Building Specification) Plus is the most widely used architectural specification system in the UK. It offers architects a library of pre-written specification clauses and preliminaries with extensive guidance, suitable for a wide variety of construction projects.

NBS Plus is authored by a team of in-house architects and surveyors to be concise and robust. The clauses are arranged in accordance with the Common Arrangement of Work Sections, and as the clauses are pre-written, very little typing is involved. Clauses are also provided for both prescriptive and performance specification.

Due to the technical nature of Armourcoat products, assistance with both substrate, product and detailing information is a critical part of the specification process.
