A new company was launched in July 2008 with the aim to challenge the changing economic climate by offering a complete package solution to businesses that require capital equipment investment.

CentraTEQ Ltd was founded by Jim Flanagan, a name well known in product test, measurement and simulation circles. With over 20 years experience in the vibration test industry, Jim has worked with the biggest names in the equipment supplier sector and has developed relationships with many of the UK’s test facilities and product development teams.

With key distributor agreements established with companies such as ETS Solutions, the World’s fastest growing Vibration Equipment Supplier, CentraTEQ aims to be the central hub of test equipment supply in the UK. Able to offer everything needed for Vibration Test and Monitoring including shakers, amplifiers, head expanders, fixtures, sensors, condition monitoring equipment, service, maintenance, installation, calibration and Test facilities, CentraTEQ are well placed to mix technical expertise and prudent budget management.

Historically equipment suppliers in this sector have provided a choice from their own product ranges and for turnkey solutions buyers are limited to the options available within their range. CentraTEQ will turn this around by fully understanding the technical and budgetary requirements and proposing a solution that meets both elements from within the low cost new and 2nd user products available to them.

Jim Flanagan, CentraTEQ Ltd’s founder says of the launch ‘Over the years I have seen the move towards customers wanting to buy everything from one supplier to simplify the purchasing process, however this has historically introduced limitations on the mix of equipment available.’ he continues…. ‘It is a time consuming business searching for the right equipment that meets both technical and budget requirements, my approach is to provide this as part of the CentraTEQ service. We can put forward a solution which includes elements from a variety of suppliers and can include second user or new equipment.’

With several key UK orders already taken it is clear the CentraTEQ approach is one that is proving popular and exactly what the UK market needs.
