Paul will handle over 40 contracts per month in this region to ensure that all customers receive high levels of after sales support. Since joining Evac+Chair in 2007, Paul has undergone extensive product and safety training.
Commenting on his recent appointment, Paul Howard said, “Evac+Chair is the leading manufacturer of emergency evacuation chairs and I am very pleased to be part of the servicing team. I will be using my training and past experience to offer a high standard of support to customers in the South East.”
Mark Wallace, Evac+Chair’s managing director added, “We are delighted to welcome Paul to Evac+Chair. We understand the importance of comprehensive after sales support and servicing and we are sure Paul will contribute to this strength.”
Evac+Chair is committed to high quality manufacturing and safety practices, with the company recently receiving ‘Safe Contractor Accreditation’. This accreditation is a nationally recognised safety scheme, whereby organisations providing maintenance contracts for local authorities and facilities management companies achieve a best practice status.
The company’s Evac+Chair allows one person to transport a mobility-impaired individual through a safe, controlled descent, without the need for lifting or for great physical strength. The chairs are lightweight yet can carry a payload of up to 150kg, and are suitable for use on steep stairways with a maximum angle of descent of 40°. |  |
