Essex based company Elfin Kitchens are known for their fantastic range of well designed compact kitchens, but don’t let the name fool you- Elfin Kitchens can deliver big!

Elfin Kitchens have recently been hired by Ventra Investments - a property development company, who specialise in creating living spaces to let - to install over 160 kitchens.

The M-100-LK model kitchens which include a sink and drainer, hotplates, refrigerator and under sink cupboard, are being installed to seven four storied properties on Guilford Street WC1 which are designed to be high quality bedsit style accommodation for nurses or university students in the area.

The houses which are due to be completed mid September have been snapped up like ‘hot cakes’ according to Richard Pither, the project manager for this re-development.

He commented “By using Elfin Kitchens we have been able to install a large amount of kitchens into our properties in a very short amount of time. The ready to fit stylish kitchen designs were really great for this project and we already have another project on the horizon which we want to get Elfin involved with”

Bob Andrew, managing director of Elfin Kitchens said “Working on this project has really given us the chance to show off our ability to deliver on-time and on-budget, we have proved that we can deliver on large orders as easily as an individual one”
