 | | IT’S A KNOCKOUT FOR PLUMB AND PARTS CENTER AT INSTALLER LIVE | | | Wolseley | | 19/08/2008 | | | Wolseley’s Plumb Center and Parts Center are set to highlight their expertise and commitment to safety at a leading national event for plumbing and heating installers.
The market leaders will be sharing exhibition stand 121 at InstallerLive in Coventry, which runs from 9 -12 September 2008. Visitors to the stand can take part in a boxing game for a chance to win one of two £500 cash prizes given away every day of the show – in a special competition run in conjunction with CORGI.
Parts Center marketing manager Julie McLean said: “InstallerLive is a key industry event and we look forward to having our biggest ever presence this year.
“Our stand will highlight our extensive branch network, which is supported by Wolseley’s efficient and established supply chain, our experienced staff and wide range of leading supply partners. Representatives from TradePro, which manages our combined discount and account card, Privilege Plus, will also be available to discuss this new service.
“As well as sponsoring the cash giveaway, Plumb Center and Parts Center are also official sponsors of the Info Station – the venue for debates on key issues affecting the industry today, such as stamping down on illegal installers. We are pleased to be supporting this facility, as we have demonstrated our commitment to safety through initiatives such as restricting the sale of safety-critical gas parts in all Parts Centers to CORGI registered installers.”
In line with the focus on safety, manufacturer FireAngel is also making a guest appearance at the stand to promote its carbon monoxide alarm and to raise awareness of the dangers of this silent killer. | |
