Roll-A-Flex is the latest product of M.R. Site Services’ ongoing commitment to advanced craftsmanship and innovation in methods and techniques, a quality of the company that was commended in the 2008 Specialists Awards¹. A fully reinforced waterproofing system, it provides the perfect alternative to welded joints when welding joints is impractical, and is ideal for roofing contractors, building maintenance companies and owner-occupiers.
Roll-A-Flex comprises a liquid applied acrylic membrane applied in two coats with a polyester fleece reinforced layer to create a long-lasting weather-tight seal. It is quick to apply and extremely versatile as it can be used on any roofing material profile or surface finish from extruded or formed aluminium to steel, concrete and even wood.
It is particularly suitable for difficult areas such as hips and valleys and for a vast range of details including soakers and openings. As a cold applied material, Roll-A-Flex poses no risk of fire to roof insulation materials and is fast curing being rainproof after just 30 minutes. Tough and seamless it offers first class fire resistance and meets all appropriate UK and European construction standards. It is also resistant to flexural fatigue and can be coloured as required to match or complement existing roof materials.
Roll-A-Flex is available with a twenty year guarantee and is applied by M.R. Site Services’ own skilled, qualified and fully insured engineers. It forms part of the company’s range of aluminium roofing products and specialist fabrications which complement its on-site aluminium welding services.
