The new Martindale insulation tester is nothing if not noticeable. With its distinctive Martindale design, the IN2102 Digital Insulation and Continuity Tester has a large, easy-to-read, backlit, 5000 count display screen, plus analogue as well as digital indicators to allow users a choice.

The tester is designed to perform in accordance with international standards, including BS7671 (17th Edition), and complies with BS EN 61010 and BS EN 61557; it is fully specified, displaying insulation test voltages of 250, 500 & 1000V and measures insulation resistance from 0.200M? to 5000M?.

More user choice can be found with the test button, which can be ‘press to test’ or latched for constant output. Other functions on this compact and sturdy device include auto hold, battery condition test and auto power off.

The casing on this 90 x 210 x 54mm tester is made from tough ABS. This gives it the twin benefits of being highly durable while still being comfortable to use - and its unique design makes it suitable for one-handed operation. Accessories include test leads, carry case with strap, batteries and instruction manual.

Other models in the range include the IN2101, a 500V low cost insulation tester, and the IN2103, a top-of-the-range professional insulation tester with user settable limits with PASS/FAIL indication and a memory for storing readings.
