Established in 1925, Ledaire Fabrications Ltd is a specialist producer of tailor-made stainless steel extract canopies and hoods for commercial and public sector kitchens.
Ledaire extract hoods have been developed to meet ventilation requirements in all types of kitchens, from fast food outlets to hotel complexes, from old peoples’ homes to large schools, from exclusive restaurants to large public sector kitchens.
All products are manufactured to HVCA Kitchen Ventilation Systems Standard DW172 and in accordance with the Health and Safety Executive Catering Sheet No. 10 ‘Ventilation of kitchens in Catering Establishments’.
