Build Center, part of the Wolseley group, has launched a new service for customers, Privilege Plus, a combined discount and account card.

Introduced after a successful trial in the south east, the Privilege Plus card offers credit limits of up to £10,000, providing discounts on the most popular products and up to 45 days interest free credit.

Managed by TradePro, the Privilege Plus card also offers the added benefit of a TradePro fuel card, giving 1p per litre off all fuel purchases at more than 2,700 Shell, Esso and Total sites nationwide. In addition, cardholders will receive a great range of discounts for insurances, tyre and battery fitting, BUPA private health care as well as a free debt recovery service.

Build Center managing director Paul Gordon said: “This new card is one of the many ways we service the needs of our smaller trade customer, with competitive discounts and interest rates, plus added benefits which are relevant to their business.”

Privilege Plus can be used in any of Build Center’s 260 branches across the UK. Build Center also offers a Privilege Card for those who do not want a credit facility but want to take advantage of discounts. Further information is available from Build Center’s nationwide branch network.
