The Coco Club in Verbier, Switzerland, has undergone a major GBP1m refurbishment to create a slick designer interior Created by renowned architect Patrick Polli and London business partner Harvey Sinclair, the club oozes style and sophistication.
The Coco Club - famed for its extravagant GBP4,500 hand-carved ice chalet cocktail - is styled with equally lavish design features. From its hand painted wallpaper, white fur curtains, luxurious leather booths, crushed velvet stools and granite bar front, the club owners have created a sumptuous night spot at altitude. Armourcoat were specified to create a series of custom wall finishes to match this opulent style.
A polished plaster finish in a chunky, textured effect complete with gold leaf - inspired by mountain cliffs - is used to stunning effect within the club. In addition, the new ArmourCast 'Flow' wall panel system has creates a dramatic sculptured wall finish in the club entrance. The seamless artisan-look, is achieved from the creation of a sequence of CAD generated ArmourCast panels. Each panel interlocks either in a staggered or aligned formation, cleverly creating a unique wall finish each time with numerous design options. The 'Flow' system can be finished in a wide range of decorative effects including ArmourCoat polished plaster and ArmourColor wall finishes. | |
