TOOLSTATION LAUNCHES FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY OFFER WITH SUMMER CATALOGUE

Toolstation is now offering free Express Delivery to all its online and mail order customers.

Launched in its brand new Catalogue 26, this summer offer means free next day delivery on any size order for all parts of the UK where the service is available. Order before 5pm Monday to Friday and goods will be express delivered next business day before 6pm.

The catalogue reveals many new products amongst its 10,000 product lines including the 18v Lithium-Ion Combi Drill from Powerplus. Brand new to the UK, this front cover product is available for only £85 including VAT, underlining Toolstation’s commitment to low prices. Also featured is the ‘lightest, most compact 36 volt Rotary Hammer’ from Bosch – the new GBH 36 V-LI being an incredibly light cordless unit as powerful as a corded drill.

Coinciding with the release of the latest catalogue is the opening of four new Toolstation Sales Counters. Poole, Warrington, Birkenhead and Reading have all been opened in the last month on schedule with the company’s accelerated expansion strategy which will see 30 Toolstation Sales Counters open by the end of 2008, with the plan to have some 100 outlets operating in 5 years time.

Toolstation customers can use any combination of channels to order and receive –by phone, web or at a branch – and can collect the item or have it delivered. This releases time to customers as orders and deliveries can be tailored to suit schedules and locations so valuable working time is not lost.
