CEILING IS VITAL INGREDIENT IN RESTAURANT DESIGN
Hunter Douglas
04/06/2008
A solid wood Luxalon ceiling system from Hunter Douglas has contributed to the ‘glamorous’ ambience at Croma Restaurant in Manchester. Griff Evans of Ombler Iwanowski Architects says “Selecting the Luxalon ceiling was key. It was the only system or solution that gave us full control over the quality, rather than just asking a contractor to produce a wood ceiling that would eventually warp.“ The Hunter Douglas solid wood range is available in an extensive collection of different species creating a warm natural atmosphere. Three different systems are available, suitable for interiors and exteriors, with curved or undulating ceilings also possible. The system features a unique design that enables faster installation and all the panels can be demounted for easy access to services.
