The new KARIS range of decorative luminaires, from UK Manufacturer, Orbik Electronics Ltd, provides a contemporary solution offering specifiers the option to match mains and emergency luminaires within the same lighting design scheme.

Suitable for wall or ceiling mounting, these luminaires come in a choice of mains only using single or twin 18W or 26W TC lamps or as a self-contained emergency luminaire with a single18W or 26W TC lamp. Options are available for self-test or PALS intelligent addressable testing systems and for DC output central battery systems or AC output static inverter systems the KARIS can be supplied in a slave luminaire format.

Featuring compact fluorescent lamps these energy saving luminaires reduce the impact on the environment whilst the elegantly designed polycarbonate diffuser panel evenly distributes the illumination to create an aesthetically pleasing lighting effect. To blend in with most interior design schemes, the powder coated steel base comes in white, as standard, with a silver-grey finish as an option.

A wire or rod suspension kit adds a new dimension for lighting projects, enabling the KARIS range of luminaires to create a distinguished architectural design of a level eligible for prestigious commercial and retail applications.
