19/05/2008
Zarges’ popular step ladder Masterstep has been redesigned to include a folding handrail, tool tray and side locking bars on both sides.
Part of the Zarges Access Platform (ZAP) range, the new Masterstep Plus provides two-hands-free for maintenance and service tasks which require a manoeuvrable light-weight but highly stable work platform for jobs at height.
The new model is available in 5, 6, 7 and 8 tread sizes offering working heights from 3.30 m to 4.10 metres. This enhanced stepladder offers all of the detail of the original Masterstep with an extra large 400 mm square platform, 80 mm deep treads with ‘Safer Step’ technology non-slip rubber inserts oversize 73 x 25 mm front stiles and 58 x 25 mm rear stiles.
The stiles are shod with the Zarges 2 component anti-slip plastic feet which can also be specially ordered with spring-loaded castors exactly like the Mobile Masterstep. Masterstep Plus is manufactured to EN131 with 150 kg (23½ stone) maximum vertical load and carries 10 year warranty.
