Architects and builders facing the challenge of meeting the latest requirements on disabled access in new properties, whilst dealing with the commercial constraints of small sites and tight budgets, many find the answer in a new range of Hideaway Pocket Door Kits from Hillaldam Coburn.

The recessed sliding door system offers the benefits of space saving and straightforward installation. Hideaway can meet the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act and Building Regulations by facilitating the creation of cloakrooms within confined floorplans. They can also make access into kitchens and dining rooms easier.

Hideaway is supplied as a complete kit of prefabricated components for fitting into an internal wall cavity. The kit includes the header assembly, a pair of three-wheel hangers, steel-wrapped studs, stud foot brackets, nylon guides, screws and a rubber stop. Assembly and installation is simple and the Hideaway is quiet in use.
