The A+ burner’s compact size facilitates maximum performance, distributing heat from the centre of the burner evenly and effectively. The heat remains directly under the pan this results in minimal heat loss too (often the flame escapes up the side of the pan).
Infinitely controllable burners for melting and simmering (0.2kWh) to high-powered wok burners (5.7kWh), within the same burner; this high heat bandwidth eliminates the shuffling of pans to bigger or smaller burners; extremely convenient and safer too!

All ATAG’s gas hobs have thermo-electric flame failure, so should a draught extinguish the flame or something boil over, the gas supply is immediately terminated to the burner.
