Leading UK distributors of pipeline, process heating and mechanical services equipment, BSS, has appointed Mike Stone to the position of BOSS valves sales manager.
Based out of the company's Fleet House headquarters in Leicester, Mike will be responsible for supporting the sales of existing BOSS valve packages whilst working on the launch of new products, such as the exciting new BOSS thermostatic radiator valve range, to market.
Mike has worked in the industry since qualifying as a design engineer over twenty years ago. Since then he has held positions with valve manufacturers Tour & Anderson, Crane and George Fischer. With a wealth of specialist product, sales and marketing knowledge, Mike is looking forward to the challenge of his new role.
He said: 'It's going to be slightly different working for a distributor rather than a manufacturer but it will be a new challenge and I have plenty of experience in the industry to make my appointment a success. BSS is a forward-thinking company and I'm joining at an exciting time with a valve range to launch this year.'
Mike will report into BSS sales support manager, David Saunt.
