The Smith’s portfolio has been developed with the installer and the end user in mind, with a variety of models available to suit all demands.
Compared to traditional radiators, fan convectors are considerably more energy efficient, with models using a mere 5% of the water required for an equivalent output radiator. This results in commercial premises heating up faster and responding quicker to changing temperatures. All products have low surface temperatures (LSTs), even when operating to maximum capacity, and comply with legislation that dictates that no surface/casing reach above 43°C. Products are also far more versatile and therefore more suitable for a commercial environment in terms of finishes.

Caspian
A floor-mounted fan convector, Caspian has been developed for a diversity of applications and is able to meet the heating requirements of larger areas such as church halls, schools, care homes, libraries, offices and hospitals. Available in seven different models, offering outputs from 3kW to 12kW.
Skyline®
The ideal solution when wall space is at a premium, the Skyline is suitable for large offices, showrooms, shops, factory or leisure centres, requiring a larger than usual heat output. The Skyline is ceiling mounted so provides unobtrusive heating without compromise on what may be necessary wall space. Available as a hydronic and electric model, the Skyline provides heat outputs of up to 5.5kW (19,000 Btu/h).
Sterling
Ideal for the home or office, the Sterling is also appropriate for a wide variety of other commercial applications. Fitted unobtrusively at high level, Sterling makes maximum use of wall space with a safe, high-level heat source - models are also available for areas of high humidity such as bathrooms and swimming pool areas.
Sureline™
A natural convector easily fitted at skirting level – the ideal form of perimeter heating, providing gentle low-level warmth anywhere from conservatories to waiting rooms, the Sureline is discreet, versatile and energy efficient. Simple to install, Sureline is available in a range of colours and models, to suit varying room sizes and heat outputs and comes with a full range of attachments.
Ecovector®
Ecovector, the next generation of fan convector, has been designed for use with the heating systems of today, and tomorrow. Designed to look more like a radiator, the flat-fronted Ecovector is ultra quiet and has two heat output settings. It features simple, easy to operate controls as well as a built-in thermostat. The Ecovector’s heat exchanger holds just 400ml of water – 5% of the water required for an equivalent output radiator. This low water content means it heats up faster and responds quickly to changing heating requirements, dictated by fluctuating environmental changes.
All Smith’s products are available nationally from builders’ merchants, plumbers’ merchants, heating equipment distributors and kitchen equipment distributors and all products and accessories are covered by a free five-year parts and labour guarantee, providing they have been installed and used in accordance with the installation and user guide. | |
