 | | FLOOD DEFENCES USING APE'S NEW GENERATION OF PLASTIC SHEET PILING | | | APE Plastic Piling | | 07/12/2007 | | | APE's plastic sheet piling The MultiLock recycled pvc piles that work in conjunction with timber piles is generating a lot of interest for domestic flood defences.
The section is 500mm wide between interlocks, that means less leakage points. The rigid tubular sections also make the pile much easier to install, this being facilitated by the fact that when used with timber, the length required to be driven is much shorter, as the timber pile forms the retaining element.
If you are a pre-existing user of plastic sheet piling, and understand the difficulties of installing old fashioned products, try the the MultiLock from APE. | |
