The new Nuert Mini-Pump introduced by Abbeychart is a very compact and quiet and highly reliable unit ideal for use where space limitations prevent the installation of standard pumps and a lower flow rate is required.

Technically similar to standard models while having fewer components and lower cost, it can be matched with a small motor to replace Vibration pump units but offers much higher performance and extremely long service life. Application versatility of the small overall pump size of just 49 x 75 x 86mm is maximised by the ability for it to be installed in any position.

These self-priming rotary vane pumps are offered with five flow rates between 50 and 270 litres/min at 1400 rpm and with or without normal or balanced by-pass featuring easily accessed adjustment to simplify user-setting of desired maximum pressure.

An optional built-in 100 mesh stainless steel filter removes particles as small as 150 microns ensures a particularly long service life by trapping impurities. Extended working life is further ensured by self-lubricating internal components with low start-up torque and a one-piece polished stainless steel rotor shaft also enhancing corrosion resistance.

Extremely easy to install, the motor has a threaded cap that gives excellent sealing and easy maintenance. The pump has an18 bar maximum working pressure and handles fluids up to 50°C as standard or 90°C as special.
