NEACO PROVIDES RIGHT BLEND FOR ALCAMAY’S DESIGN FORMULA

The blend of stylish metallic looks and precision engineered quality which characterizes Neaco’s balconies range led to its specification at Shorecliffe Rise, a prestigious development of luxury apartments near Bury from Alcamay Homes.

Neaco’s Spectrum step-out balconies are heavily featured on a stunning four-storey complex which comprises 35 apartments offering a choice of highly specified one and two bedroom living. Alcamay Homes required contemporary aesthetics to fit the overall design of the scheme and Spectrum’s combination of clear glass infills, aluminum decking and balustrade powder coated in a metallic finish provided the ideal visual effect.

We’re very pleased with the finished article and we will soon be using another part of Neaco’s balconies range, having specified their Juliet balconies for Stretford Marina, our forthcoming apartment development near the Old Trafford football stadium in Manchester.”

Available in a choice of curved or rectangular designs, Spectrum step-out balconies provide flooring manufactured from an attractive yet durable aluminium grille which allows rainwater to drain quickly and effectively to prevent pooling. Balustrade is available in satin polished stainless steel or nylon powder coated aluminium with smoked or clear toughened glass infills. Neaco’s Juliet balconies range offers a selection of glass-fronted designs which maximize visibility and sunlight penetration.
