Broughton Crangrove Galley Matrix (BCGM) has conducted a national survey of its product and services in an effort to understand and satisfy the needs and wants of their customers in greater depth.
BCGM recently carried out a nationwide survey amongst their customer base to measure the overall satisfaction of the service provided by BCGM as a national distributor. The survey was designed to find out what they think of the company, the staff, products and services.
Over half of those who responded were bathroom and kitchen retailers with other areas being represented in independent bathroom and heating merchant sector. The results were impressive with 'reliable deliveries' and 'friendliness on calls' receiving the highest ratings. Allan Nutter, Commercial Director for BCGM says, 'None of us ever do enough to find out what our customers really think of our business. This survey not only provided a positive response across many business areas, it highlighted areas of opportunity too. We intend to carry out surveys regularly to ensure that we continue to measure our progress and maximise every opportunity to ensure we continue to provide the best distribution service in the industry.'
For all those who took part in the survey, there was the opportunity to win a 32' plasma television. A loyal and long standing customer of Broughton Crangrove Galley Matrix, Rob Kind of Ballcock and Bits Limited, was the lucky prize winner. Rob said of his win, 'I was delighted to win the prize and very surprised. It's the first time I have ever responded to a customer survey.'
